I’m as skeptical of Gordon Hayward as a 30% max player as anyone, but he was way ahead of Andrew Wiggins in year three (age 21 for Hayward, age 20 for Wiggins): better shooter, better passer, equally good (or rather bad) rebounder, better composite stats. Wiggins has a long ways to go just to catch up to Hayward, let alone be a *more* valuable player.
As you say, it’s fascinating how divisive a prospect Wiggins is. I guess we’ll all find out soon enough! :)
